Bookings and Rates Bookings made before 31 May are confirmed on receipt of a booking deposit, while full payment is expected for bookings following this date. Payments are non-refundable, except for cancellations made by 28 Feb, in which case a 10% cancellation charge shall be withheld. Terms and conditions The rental prices include the use of premises and amenities (bed linen and towels are provided), the swimming pool, barbeque, garden and parking area. As of season 2008 maid service is included in the rental price. Although efforts are made, for the time being credit cards cannot be accepted, so payments are to be made by bank transfer to a UK or Bulgarian bank account. Detailed arrangements will be made via e-mail or phone, directly with the owners, who will issue a preliminary booking, stating all the agreed details on payment, arrival, stay and departure. On receipt of the advance, the booking is confirmed by e-mail. The owners do not take responsibility for any of the guests' personal items or valuables lost or stolen during their stay. Subject to availability, late bookings at special rates may be offered up to two weeks before a holiday period. These will be announced here (see top of page) and/or on portals where the property is listed. The house is rented out primarily during the summer season (May-Sep) for minimum periods of 7 days Out of season breaks may be agreed on request. Arrival/Departure times Guests are normally expected to arrive no earlier than 16:00 hrs and depart no later than 10:00 hrs. The customary changeover day is Saturday, however late booking dates can be flexible subject to availability. Additional Services Additional services may be agreed with the owners, and paid for separately. A welcome pack, linen and towels, as well as cleaning services, are provided within the rental price. Cleaning service includes washing up and general cleaning of the house up to 3 times a week (no clothes washing or ironing). Special requests, such as shopping before arrival, taxi services for collection or drop-off, baby-sitter etc. can be arranged on advance notice.
